Who we are

Pirates Cove supplies coin leads and numismatic leads across the coin and precious metals market to coin dealers, bullion desks, and sales floors. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Pirates Cove, and "you" means the buyer or the person using this site.

Quotes and pricing

We do not publish a price list. Every order is priced to its actual spec: the feed, the volume, the states, and any filters. Quotes are returned the same business day in most cases.

Weekly lists and deals

Each week we post special lists and special deals on this site. Each list goes to one buyer only. Once a list is claimed it is no longer available.

Orders and payment

First orders are prepaid in full. We send an invoice, and the order processes once payment clears.

What a record contains

Records include full name, phone number, mailing address, and state. Email address is included on select feeds. Many Premium Coin Buyer records also include the firm the person bought from. Field completeness varies by feed and age of record.

Delivery

Orders are delivered as CSV or Excel, or straight into your CRM or dialer. Most orders are delivered within 24 hours of cleared payment.

Suppression

If you send us your customer list, we remove matches before delivery.

Replacements

We replace the following when they are reported within 72 hours:

• Disconnected numbers above the expected rate
• Bad emails on feeds that include email
• Records outside the agreed filters

We do not replace records because the person was not interested.

Your responsibilities

Leads are supplied for lawful outbound contact. Buyers are responsible for their own dialing and messaging compliance.

Using this site

The information on this site describes our feeds and how ordering works. It is not a quote. A quote is only what we send you for your spec.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
